BAD-BIKES are guaranteed for up to 7 years as follows:

Frame – 7 years in the event of natural breakage.

Batteries – 2 years as follows: full coverage for the first 12 months, 50% coverage of the price from the 13th to the 16th month, 30% coverage of the price from the 17th to the 20th month, 15% coverage of the price from the 21st to the 24th month.
The BAD ORIGINAL is guaranteed for 2 years as follows: full coverage for the first 12 months, 30% coverage of the price from the 13th to the 18th month, and 15% coverage of the price from the 19th to the 24th month.

Electrical parts: Control unit, Display, P.A.S., Motor, Battery charger – 2 years from purchase. Provided that no contact with water is detected, this will void the warranty. The charger is also guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase. We recommend storing it in a dry, ventilated place, away from heat sources. The warranty does not cover electrical surges.

Mechanical parts – 2 years from purchase on pedals, steering, saddle, linkages, etc., provided that no improper use of the bike is found.
All consumable parts are excluded from the warranty: discs, brake pads, tires, wheel spokes.
